Tankless Pros Az

"Today, I had my new tankless water heater installed by Tankless Pros AZ. Although I do not know any of the techs there, I can only say that I was lucky to have Andrew as my installer. The pictures alone are enough to demonstrate the plumbing skills and attention to detail that a perfectionist like me can only appreciate. However, it was his excellent communication and listening abilities that made us quite comfortable and put us at ease from the time he arrived. I had some idea of what this project was going to entail, but I can honestly say I really had no idea of the extent. I am just extremely satisfied with the entire experience and beyond happy with my new toy. Their pricing is better than most and the work speaks for itself. I called just one other company to see if they are all about the same or not. I was never able to get a quote because the salesperson laughed at me when I asked if the pricing I was told was in line for this type of system. I've never done one before and I worked hard for every penny I have saved. All he said to me is "Call the real professionals and they'll all tell you the same. We charge way more than that! Are you sure you're dealing with a real, licensed company? I've been doing this for 27 years and have never heard of Tankless Pros." I was polite thanked him and hung up. Research done. The system works perfectly, I have hot water at every point in the house within 30 seconds! I also paid for a one time maintenance visit for next year so they can come and do the first descaling service and I can see how it is done for future self-maintenance. Enjoy the pics..."

"My partner and I have had excellent experiences with the folks from Tankless. Two years ago they installed a Navien tankless and installed it beautifully, including the pipes out. Exceedingly thorough and professional and we’ve been very happy with the tankless. During the two year service call yesterday we decided to purchase a water filtration through them since we’ve been so pleased with this company. They recommended the Halo 5, and with their literature and some of our research on its effectiveness and efficiency we bought it and they installed it with great care and professionalism. The water is already amazing and we’re so excited to see future results of cleaner water, cleaner pipes, better skin and hair, less cleaning of deposits on shower walls, etc. My partner and I can’t recommend this company enough. They are small, family owned and treat you like family, truly. Thank you!"

"Don't waste your time visiting big-box stores or calling plumbing contractors who advertise heavily and want to upsell you. Tankless Pros AZ offers a high-quality experience for water heater replacement, from proposal to installation, at very competitive prices. Victoria in the office handled all the paperwork with aplomb and scheduled the project within 24 hours. The technicians (Andrew and Mitchell) were highly skilled, very knowledgeable and genuinely nice. The installation was flawless and they made sure that I understood how the new Bradford White equipment worked before they left the house. I highly recommend this family owned company -- they are the real deal!"
