"My recent dining experience at Toro inside the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was absolutely phenomenal, largely thanks to our server, Josh. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and truly elevated our entire evening. The incredible hospitality started the moment we sat down, as we were greeted with two complimentary shots of fresh juice—a fantastic and refreshing touch to kick off the meal. Shortly after, we were served delicious cheese rounds paired with a great salsa. For drinks, I ordered the Old Fashioned. Not only was the cocktail perfectly balanced and tasty, but it also came with a large clear ice cube that had "TORO" stamped inside of it. It was such a cool, upscale detail! The seafood here is top-notch. The oysters were incredibly fresh and delicious, but the true star of the raw bar was the flight of sashimi we ordered, featuring a tasting of every sashimi item on the menu. Every single piece was remarkably fresh, served at the perfect temperature, and literally melted in the mouth. We also ordered the scallops with pork belly, and the combination was heavenly delicious. The flavors and textures were completely spot on. If you are visiting the Fairmont Princess, dining at Toro is a must. Ask for Josh, and enjoy an unforgettable meal!"
