"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Francine, and I can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional French dining experiences I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, there’s an undeniable elegance, refined yet welcoming, that sets the tone for what’s to come. The cuisine is simply outstanding. Rooted in southern French traditions with a Mediterranean influence, the menu feels vibrant and intentional. It leans into olive oil driven cooking with a lighter, more refined approach, avoiding heavy butter and cream, allowing the natural flavors of each dish to truly shine. Every plate feels thoughtfully crafted, balancing classic technique with a fresh, modern touch. It’s the kind of food that stays with you long after you’ve left. What makes it even more special is the story behind it. Laurent, the owner, has created something truly meaningful, naming the restaurant after his mother, Francine. That personal touch is felt throughout the entire experience and adds a layer of warmth and authenticity that’s rare to find. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the service. It’s rare to find a team so consistently attentive, polished, and genuinely warm. In fact, it’s almost impossible to choose a favorite server. Adam, Joe, Teresa, August, Ashley, Eden, Ethan, and Kevin all deliver such an exceptional level of hospitality that each visit feels uniquely special depending on who takes care of you. The same can be said for the bar team. Gage, Tanner, Cuni, Jordyn, and Joe create an atmosphere that’s both lively and refined, crafting drinks with precision while making every guest feel seen and welcomed. The experience begins the moment you arrive, thanks to the incredibly warm and welcoming host team. Mara, Rebecca, Madi, and Alexis set the tone beautifully, greeting every guest with genuine hospitality and making you feel instantly taken care of. Behind it all, the leadership from managers Stanley and John is clearly reflected in every detail. Their presence is felt in the seamless flow of service, the positive energy among the staff, and the overall elevated standard of the restaurant. It’s rare to come across a place where every single person contributes to such a consistently excellent experience, but Francine truly achieves that. Whether you’re there for the cuisine, the ambiance, or the impeccable service, it never disappoints. I will absolutely be back, and likely often."

"Our experience at Francine was nothing short of exceptional. A few weeks ago, my fiancée and I dined here and while the initial visit didn’t quite land the way we had hoped, what happened afterward completely changed everything. The management team, and especially Stanley, reached out personally and invited us back. That alone spoke volumes. From the moment we returned, the experience was elevated in every possible way. Thoughtful, intentional, and genuinely warm service from start to finish. Our server, Gilbert, was outstanding. Not only was he attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional, but he was also training another team member at the same time and still delivered flawless service. That level of composure and hospitality is rare. The food was phenomenal. The salt crusted branzino, flambéed tableside, was both a visual experience and absolutely delicious. I had the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the seasonal sautéed mushrooms and the seasonal pear date tart, which was incredible. To top it all off, they surprised us with a crème brûlée that was the perfect ending to the evening. Every detail was handled with care. The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality were all exceptional. Francine turned a moment into a lasting impression, and that speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. As for the restaurant, the vibes are incredible, the food is premium, and the desserts are immaculate.
