"I never leave reviews - giving credit where it's due. High regard for the techs at this location. I recently had a mishap w my HMO that affected my prescription. They were so patient, listened intently (to a fairly lengthy) explanatiin and offered spot on guidance. Obv they have a high workload, but they never make me feel it. Also, my doc sent a recent script to another pharmacy. Took 2.5 weeks to straighten out. I never questioned - it was worth the wait."
